Accreditation
The official accreditation and on-line accommodation booking form for the conference is opened from 21 January 2009.
Please pay attention to the following:
To facilitate your stay the Czech Presidency has pre-booked hotel rooms in several Prague hotels (you will see in accommodation system) for two nights 27 – 28 and 28 – 29 April 2009.
Only these hotels will benefit from a logistics service during these two days of conference.
Transportation and accommodation costs are not covered by the Czech Presidency.
